Hakaro is a contemporary Russian artist. He is a graduate of the Stroganov School. Recently, he has become interested in a new trend in contemporary art called upcycling, which involves the reuse of materials and objects and giving them new functionality. This includes transforming old and outdated products into new art objects. Upcycling as a method of creating artworks is primarily an alternative to traditional forms of art. Modern society has become addicted to consumerism, unaware that the planet's resources are finite. The concept is that objects that are not recycled for various reasons can be transformed into works of art, giving them a second life and turning them into functional items or decorative elements in modern interiors.
