ARTDOART is the first online-gallery in Russia, which brings together artists and connoisseurs of art, helping them to sell and to buy artworks independently.

Wide range of various styles art objects makes it easier for customers to find what they want at any time, in any place without intermediaries. We guarantee that every online purchase made in our store is a secure transaction via Safe Crow service.

Being a social network, ARTDOART enables international communication and experience exchange. We are eager to promote talented artists and to make their art available worldwide.

  1. What countries does ARTDOART work with?

Our project has an international focus, we are aimed at active cooperation with China, European and American countries. 

  1. How to register in ARTDOART?

To register on the ARTDOART website, you need to click the "Sign in" button in the right corner of the top of our site. Then you fill in the registration form and press the "Sign in" button. A letter with registration confirmation will be sent to your mail. You need to open this letter and follow the link. After that, your registration will be completed.

  1. What needs to be filled at the sign in stage?
    At the sign in stage you need to fill in the registration form, indicating your personal data. 
  1. What materials should I become familiar with before signing in?
    Before registering on ARTDOART, we recommend you to familiarize yourself with the basic rules of the site. They are presented in the "Information" section. For full-fledged work with the site read the "User Agreement”, “Copyright Policy”, and "Privacy Policy".
  1. What are the rules on the site?
    The site rules include the “User Agreement”, “Copyright Policy”, and “Privacy Policy.” You can find them in the "Information" section. We strongly recommend all registered users to pay attention to this section of the site.
  1. How to become a buyer?
    To become a buyer, you need to sign in. You can do this before purchasing a work or after adding a work to the shopping cart.
  1. How to become one of the artists?
    To become ARTDOART’s artist, you need to register on the site. When registration is completed, you should fill out a personal profile: write an autobiography, upload a personal photo and photos of the artworks with their detailed description.
  1. Can I be both an author and a buyer?
    Yes, you can be both an author and a buyer at the same time. You do not need to sign in twice. All actions can be carried out from one profile.
  1. What can I do on the site?

On the ARTDOART website you can post artworks for sale, buy artworks that you like, subscribe to the artists, appreciate artworks, chat with different artists, read regular articles on art. https://artdoart.com/news 

  1. Can I write to the artist?
    Yes, you can write a personal message to the artist. To do this, you need to open the profile of the artist you want to contact with and click on the button "Contact the author", fill out the form and send a message.
  1. Can I write to the buyer?
    Yes, you can contact a buyer through the Direct Messages on the website, as well as by the contacts displayed in the “History” section of Your account. 
  1. What should I do if I forgot the password from my personal account?
    If you have forgotten the password from your account, you can recover it. Click on the “Log in” button in the upper right corner, then “Forgot your password?” under the “Password” field. Write your email address, and a password recovery link will be sent to you.
  1. What should I do if I want to change / delete / edit information in my profile?
    If you want to add, change or delete some information, you can do it in Your Account by clicking on the “Edit Profile” button. 
  1. What languages ​​does the site work in?
    The site works in Russian and English, and soon will be working in Chinese. 
  1. Who bears the risks of not receiving the money for the goods and failed goods delivery?
  • a user who has decided to participate in a direct transaction without the mediation of the site or a secure transactions aggregator, integrated on our site, carries all the risks connected with buying / selling goods. In this regard, we do not recommend you to take an undue risk.
  • if a transaction was made via the safe transaction aggregator, then in case of claims, a user needs to contact SafeCrow partner support service to resolve the situation, if a buyer and a seller have not come to mutual assent.
  1. Can ARTDOART help to arrange a deal?

  1. What requirements should I meet to join ARTDOART?

Any artist with a sufficient level of skill and professionalism can join ArtdoArt. Mostly, our users are members of trade unions, academics and corresponding members. At the same time, we are pleased to welcome talented artists who are at the beginning of their creative path to our community. 

  1. What atrworks does ARTDOART sell?

On the Artdoart gallery website you can buy and sell paintings, drawings and sculptures. Our artists work in all available techniques (tempera, oil, acrylic, watercolor, etc.) and directions (abstractionism, surrealism, expressionism, icon painting, and much more).

  1. What are the benefits of using ARTDOART?

Artdoart provides artists with a great deal of opportunities: on our site you get access to a serious audience of customers, build long-term relationships with collectors, increase sales, get promotion, increase online awareness and communicate with other artists.

ArtdoArt is an international platform that enables experience exchange, and moves artists to the new level of art development opportunities.

  1. What is the entry fee for an individual artist?

We do not take entry fees. Artists can join us for free.

  1. Should I pay for using the site?

Independent artists do not pay for using the site.

  1. What rights does ARTDOART have on exhibited artworks?

Artists who submit their artworks to the ARTDOART website for an exhibition agree to the following:

  • ARTDOART can use selected artwork for display, marketing and promotional purposes. Usage of the image(s) is limited to any ARTDOART publicity including, but not limited to, ads, press releases, event presentations, articles, brochures, catalogs, event mailers, and for use on the ARTDOART website, and on the gallery's social media pages.
  • ARTDOART does not claim ownership of the artworks you submit for consideration. All images attached to this website are the property of the respective artist and the artist retains the sole copyright and all other applicable rights to the images.
  • Artists should read the website’s User Agreement, Copyright Policy and Privacy Policy pages. By entering into ARTDOART online exhibition, the artist is agreeing to the User Agreement, Copyright Policy and Privacy Policy.

29.How to checkout personal profile?

After you have registered and confirmed your email address, you need to post information about yourself and upload high-quality images of artworks with a detailed description. Proper profile filling provides you with a high rating, attracts the attention of users and allows your work to get to the top and to the “New” section. 

  1. Do I need to submit an artist bio?

It is required that the artist provide an Artist Bio, written in the third person. This is your opportunity to tell us a little bit about yourself, including your artistic training, inspiration, participation in exhibitions, any special techniques used or anything that you might like people to know about you and your art.

  1. Why should I download a personal image?

If there is an artist’s photograph, it produces a favorable impression on the buyers and colleagues of the site. The potential buyer sees the identity of the artist and shows great sympathy, in contrast to the impersonal profile.

  1. How many artworks should I upload to complete my profile?

The more artworks you upload, the more effective your promotion is, hence, the easier it is to increase online awareness. It is advisable to upload more than 10 -15 artworks. 

  1. Why should I subscribe to the other artists?

One of the ARTDOART key features is the social network format: we provide international communication in the field of art. You can share experience, get inspiration, meet professionals and modern outstanding creators. 

  1. How often and why should I upload new artworks?

The activity on the site increase your rating, thus the more often you upload new artworks, the higher your rating is, the easier it will be for users to find you on the Internet, because you get better promotion. 

  1. Why can’t I upload an artwork to the site?

The reasons why an artwork can not be uploaded may be as follows: an outdated version of the browser, an unsupported image format, an image of a small (up to 200 kb) or too large dimension (more than 50 mb).

  1. Why can’t I upload an artwork through the mobile phone?

We abandoned the function of downloading images from a mobile phone in order to ensure the high quality of downloaded artworks. Images must be uploaded in high resolution in accordance with image requirements. 

  1. Why don’t uploading buttons work?

Try to reload the page or login from another browser of the updated version.

  1. What should I mention about my artwork?

To pass moderation successfully, we ask you to mention the following characteristics while uploading artworks:

  • title
  • dimensions (in cm)
  • proportions (horizontal, vertical or square)
  • section, style and technique of an artwork according to our catalogue
  • price
  • frame/passepartout
  • status of an artwork: avalible/ordered/sold
  • description
  • sending address
  • hashtags
  1. What are the image requirements?
  • Image should be in jpeg format, 72 dpi, highest compression quality of 12.
  • Image should not exceed 2MB.
  • Image should not contain any frame, mat, or watermark.
  • Image should be clear and in focus. Please remember that this image represents your work.

It’s important to upload images in good quality. Bad image quality may decrease chances of passing moderation, as well as publication in the top works and the “New” section.

  1. Why didn’t my artwork pass moderation?

There are several reasons why an artwork could not pass moderation, namely:

  1. poor-quality work, low level of performance, not suitable for the site concept.
  2. bad quality image of the work: the photo is light-struck / the background is not cropped / the image has a small resolution, etc.
  3. work did not pass censorship (obscene / vulgar image) 
  1. Why hasn’t my artwork been published, if it passed moderation?

If an artwork is moderated, but is not published, then you need to replace the image with a better one (crop the background / remove the light, increase the resolution).

42.When and how will I be notified if my artwork is accepted?

The status of an artwork is displayed in your account in the “Artworks” section. If the artwork passes moderation, the inscription “The work was moderated and published” appears in front of it.

  1. How much time does the moderation stage take?

An artwork passes moderation within 48 hours from the moment of loading, in labor days.

  1. Is there any censorship on the site?

Yes, there is censorship on our website, and we make sure that exhibited artworks meet the requirements of morality and ethics, are not vulgar, obscene and do not have the character of pornography.

  1. Who estimates an artwork?

We offer artists and sculptors to set prices themselves, depending on how much they want to earn from each item. If necessary, you can consult our manager to help you estimate an artwork.

  1. How would I know that someone wants to buy my artwork?

All inquiries from potential buyers who see an artwork on the Artdoart website are directed to the artist for negotiation. As soon as a buyer makes an order, a letter with transaction details is sent to your email address. Purchasing and selling details are also displayed in “History” section of Your account.

  1. What happens if someone wants to purchase my artwork?

There are several ways of participation in transactions. Independent users can use the Safecrow secure transaction service or sell artworks directly.

If a secure transaction takes place, a link of confirming will be sent to your email address. Clicking on this link, you go to the payment details page, where you should mention the current account and the bank's BIC, so that Safecrow transfers funds to you after the transaction is completed. ATTENTION: it is not advisable to indicate the payroll card account - it is preferable to use only the current account of the individual.

If you are a certified user, you will receive a notification of purchase, and our manager will contact you to clarify the details of the transaction. 

If a direct transaction takes place, you will receive a notification by email. Then, the buyer will contact you to agree on payment and delivery details. Contact details of the buyer are mentioned on the order page. You can also contact the buyer by sending him a personal message on the site.

  1. What types of users are there?

There are 2 types of users on Artdoart.com: certified and independent user.

Independent user is an authorized user, who has registered and downloaded artworks. He/she uses all the facilities of our online gallery, such as buying and selling artworks, and communicating with other users. The communication is performed without intermediaries; ARTDOART is not responsible for any transactions. Independent users can use the Site services for free.

Certified user is a person who signs a treaty with ARTDOART. The main advantage of the Certified User is the involvement in cooperation of the ARTDOART gallery with Chinese partners and galleries, participation in joint events both in China and in Russia, with subsequent auctions and lot sales.

Certified user has a personal consultant, who helps with selling artworks on every stage of transaction. Moreover, we provide personal promotion with opportunity of creation personal gallery on our platform.

  1. How to become a certified user?

Certified users are artists who have shown themselves to best advantage in our gallery. An independent user can become a certified user, after signing a partnership agreement with ARTDOART. If you want to become a certified user, email us at art@artdoart.com. 

50.Does ARTDOART promote individual artists?

The best artworks are published in advertising campaigns of our partners’ site and social networks, as well as in groups of the gallery in social networks. 

  1. Can I upload more than one image to the same product? How to do it and what for?

Yes, it is advisable to upload more than one image of an artwork, as it gives a more complete idea of your lot to the buyer.

  1. How could my artworks get to the main page of the site in the section “New” and “Recommended”?

If you want your artworks to be displayed in the “New” and “Recommended” sections, your profile should be fully completed, artworks uploaded in good quality and resolution, cropped, without glare and baguette shadows. If you meet the requirements, our art historian will select artworks for publication on the main page of the site.

  1. How Can I Follow the Gallery in Social Media?

What is the “Gallery” section?

The “Gallery” section is intended for organizations that have their own offline / online platforms, for selling and advertising their lots through the artdoart.com marketplace.

How can a gallery be registered on ARTDOART?

In order to register a gallery on the ARTDOART website, you need to contact us by email: art@artdoart.com. We will give you a detailed account of the terms of cooperation.

What are the advantages of the “Gallery” section?

ARTDOART allows your gallery to get additional promotion and access to a serious audience of buyers and artists, to build long-term relationships with collectors, and to take part in our events.

Can foreigners register on the site?

ARTDOART is an international platform, so we are glad to see all nationalities representatives among our users . An artist from any country can sign in and sell his artworks after passing moderation.

User types

There are 2 types of users on Artdoart.com: certified and independent user.

Independent user is an authorized user, who has registered and downloaded artworks. He/she uses all the facilities of our online gallery, such as buying and selling artworks, and communicating with other users. How to sign partnership agreement?

Write us on email art@artdoart.com and tell us about your achievements - our managers will take care of the rest!

Personal account

Every authorized user of artdoart.com should describe his background and achievements, download the photos of artworks and give their description, and add a personal profile photo.

The whole history of transactions is presented in the ‘Purchase History’: the order’s date and number, the artwork’s type and title, payment status and the amount of the order.

There is a chat history with the buyers and other authors in the ‘Messages’.

You can add artworks, which you liked to the ‘Favorites’.

The ‘Following’ is the list of users, whom you follow.

The ‘Social activity’ is a newsfeed, where you can see new publications and comments.

How to design&upload artworks

To pass moderation successfully, we ask you to mention the following characteristics while uploading artworks:

User Agreement

The User Agreement is a public offer that determines how web- site www.artdoart.com (hereinafter - Site) should be used.

 The User Agreement (hereinafter - Agreement) has two parties:

  1. Llc ARTDOART (hereinafter – the Site Administration)
  2. An adult individual or legal person who is an authorized user of www.artdoart.com, and who accepted the User Agreement (hereinafter - the User)
  3. SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT
  • According to the Agreement, the User has the right to use the following Site services:
  • publish information about artists and artworks;
  • upload artworks intended for sale;
  • discuss published artworks.

1.2 The Site Administration doesn’t take part in legal relationship between the User and a customer.

  1. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

2.1 The Site Administration has the right to:

  • change, suspend, terminate any aspect of the Site at any time;
  • create new services and rubrics of the Site;
  • edit and/or delete any information from the Site, if it contradicts to the current legislation of the Russian Federation or in other cases at the discretion of the Site Administration;
  • block and/or delete Users’ profiles;
  • introduce, cancel or change the charge for services rendered;
  • rate authorized Users and published artists.

 

2.2. Obligations of the Site Administration:

  • provide the User with the ability of publishing information about painters, their masterpieces and artworks for sale on the Site.
  • provide the User with the ability of discussing artworks, published on the Site.
  • help with selling artworks: to provide the User with information about order details and customer’s contacts; to inform the User about introduction, repeal or amendment of the services fee by publishing special message on the Site .

 

2.3. The User confirms that he is an adult and legally competent person.

  • The User confirms that he doesn’t need any special permission by third parties, or if necessary this permission is already received.
  • If the Site Administration finds out that the User is legally incompetent or partially incapable, the User’s profile may be deleted.

 

2.4. The User has the right to:

  • publish information about artists and artworks;
  • upload items for sale;
  • discuss published artworks;
  • publish theme materials submitted to the Site Administration;
  • refuse the service at any time by notifying the Site Administration on art@artdoart.com;
  •  register again, if a profile has been deleted by the Site Administration. After the third profile deleting by the Site Administration, the User can use the Site only as a customer.

 

2.5. Obligations of the User:

  • register on the Site and accept the User Agreement;
  •  provide reliable, complete and current data (last name, first name, country and city of residence, email address, telephone number), follow their update. Personal information processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy;
  • comply with selling rules, mentioned on the Site;
  •  not to use already registered usernames;
  •  publish only those artworks, which are the exclusive intellectual property of the User. Otherwise the User takes responsibility according to the copyright policy and current legislation of the Russian Federation;
  •  Not to publish links, advertising texts, commercial messages, images, containing advertisement, logos, and any personal data of third parties;
  •  To comply with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, these Terms and other special documents of the Site administration, moral and ethical standards.
  1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USING THE SITE

3.1 The Site Administration doesn’t charge for using services of the Site.

 3.2 When using the Site, the User doesn’t have the right to:

  • insult other Users;
  • use obscene language (even replacing letters with symbols);
  • publish any information containing defamation and threats;  any information which is fraudulent or attacks someone’s reputation; any information which is violent or obscene.
  • publish any other information which has a negative impact on the Site and doesn’t comply with the purposes of the Site.
  • publish spam, advertising or any other unsolicited messages.

3.3 The Site Administration has the right to change or delete any published information, which violate the rules of using the Site. The Site Administration has the right to limit or end the User’s access to any of the Site services without taking responsibility for any harm which might be caused to the User.

3.4 If the User doesn’t publish the information about works or uploaded items within 3 months, the Site Administration has the right to block or delete the User’s profile.

 3.5 When publishing information about artworks the User has to:

  • publish the information according to the rubrics on the Site. A work can be uploaded only once in one section. A work should comply with the theme of the section;
  • provide true and accurate information about works and authors;
  • publish detailed information about the artist: name, surname, country and city of residence, information about genre, technique, material etc. (download profile photo if possible).
  • The User has the right to publish information about unlimited number of artists and artworks.
  • The User sets prices himself; the prices should be reasonable.
  • After getting an order, the Site Administration emails the information and details to the User.
  • The User communicates with the customer and discusses details of the purchase.
  • The Site Administration doesn’t take part in selling procedure and doesn’t arrange the delivery. 
  1. RESPONSIBILITY

 4.1 The Parties are responsible for non-performance or improper performance of obligation, according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.2 The User is responsible for complying with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The User is responsible for the authenticity of registration data and of the provided information.

 4.3 The User is responsible for the transactions, concluded with the Customer; the User solves arisen disputes autonomously, without involvement of the Site Administration.

 4.4 The Site Administration has the right to limit or end access to any Site services, if the User breaches the terms of the Agreement.

 4.5 The Site Administration doesn’t check out the information before publishing; the Site Administration is not responsible for the User’s information on the Site.

 4.6 The Site Administration is not responsible for:

  • Users’/ customers’/others  acts or omissions on the Site;
  • Quality and value of the artworks offered for sale and also for the legitimacy of the offer;
  • Credibility of the User’s information and for the legitimacy of its publication;
  • Users’ and customers’ operations in concluding deals;
  • Delays in the provision of services, caused by technical errors;
  • Damages caused to the User as the result of using or inability to use the Site;
  • Visiting or using external resources by the links, contained on the Site;
  • Any losses connected with serviсes, received via external resources by the links, contained on the Site;
  • Any losses connected with the advertisement, placed on the Site.

 

  1. ADDITIONAL TERMS

 5.1 Before applying to the Court, it is necessary to make a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute). The receiver of the claim must notify the applicant about the outcome of the claim in 30 days.

 5.2 If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the Court according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.3 The Site Administration has the right to change this Agreement without User’s approval.
5.4 The new version of the Agreement comes into effect in 7 days since publishing.

5.5 If the User doesn’t agree with the changes, he has the right to waive the Agreement, notifying the Site Administration by e-mail: art@artdoart.com. In that case the User loses the right to use any services of the Site. If the User continues using the Site, after the changes have come into force, it means that the User approves the new version of the Agreement.

 5.6 Any correspondence, including questions, complaints and suggestions, should be directed to e-mail: art@artdoart.com.


5.7 The integral parts of this Agreement are Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy.

Copyright policy

This Copyright Policy is complied with all the items, artworks and materials uploaded to  artdoart.com (hereinafter - the Site)

Using the Site services means unconditional acceptance of this Copyright Policy.

If the User does not agree with these conditions, he has to refrain from using the Site services.

So, please, check out our Copyright Policy.

When uploading items, the User guarantees that he/she holds all the exclusive intellectual rights to the artworks, posted on artdoart.com.

By signing a Partnership with a certified User, the Site Administration resolves copyright disputes on its own.

The Site Administration does not check out the existence of the exclusive intellectual rights to the artworks, uploaded to artdoart.com by an independent User.

In case of disputes, concerning violations of rights to the artworks, uploaded by an independent User, he/she must resolve the disputes on his/her own without involving the Site Administration.

If an independent User uploads artworks with IP infringement, he/she is responsible under the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Site Administration is not responsible for the violation of intellectual rights by an independent User.

In case of receiving a notification about violation of intellectual rights from a right holder, the Site Administration must notify an independent User about it. If the User does not answer, the Site Administration can delete the artwork.

In the notification of intellectual rights violation a rightholder has to mention an artwork; the information needed to find this artwork on the Site; provide documents, confirming the rights to the controversial artwork.

A right holder can send his claim to art@artdoart.com.

This Copyright Policy is under the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Site Administration has the right to change this Copyright Policy without the User’s approval.

The new version of Copyright Policy comes into effect since publishing.

If the User doesn’t agree with the changes, he has the right to waive  Copyright Policy, notifying the Site Administration by e-mail: art@artdoart.com. In that case, the User loses the right to use any services of the Site. If the User continues using the Site after the changes have come into force, it means that the User approves the new version of Copyright Policy.

Copyright Policy is the integral part of the User Agreement, posted on artdoart.com.

 

Privacy policy

Privacy Policy applies to all information published on www.artdoart.comartdoart.com (hereinafter - the Site), which may be got by any third parties using the Site, its services, programmes and products.

The use of the Site means full and unconditional acceptance of Privacy Policy and terms of personal data collection, using, processing and exchange.

In case of disagreement, the User should abstain from using the Site.

 1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 In this Policy the User’s personal data means:

  • Personal information provided by the User while registering or using the Site (name, surname, date of birth, e-mail, phone number, login, password, and any other information which is necessary for the registration).

The mandatory information is highlighted. Any other information is provided to the User’s discretion.

  •  Personal data which is automatically transmitted to the Site, while using it via installed software (IP address, cookie files, browser information, software type, technical characteristics, location data of hardware and software, date and time of the access to the Site services, URL of pages requested and other similar information).
  •  Other information about the User, which is included in the User Agreement.
  • This Privacy Policy complies only with the Site artdoart.com. The Site doesn’t control and is not responsible for third parties’ sites, which the User could visit by the links published on the Site.
  1. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA 
  • The Site collects and keeps personal data needed for providing services or administering treaties, except the cases when the legislation provides for keeping information with a certain time frame.
  • The Site collects information about the total number of purchases, the total value of purchases.
  • The Site doesn’t have access to the User’s data, located on payment systems services. These systems follow their own terms of Privacy Policy.
  • The Site processes the User’s personal data for the following purposes:
  • identifying the User,
  • using services of the Site,
  • concluding deals,
  • providing access to personalized resources of the Site,
  • providing feedback with the User (including sending notifications, requests, processing requests and applications from the User, service delivery),
  • positioning of the User in order to prevent financial fraud,
  • confirming accuracy and integrity of the information provided by the User,
  • creating the User’s profile,
  • notifying the User about feedback, transactions,
  • providing information about the transactions and promotions,
  • providing the User with effective client and technical support,
  • implementing promotional activities.

 

  1. СONDITIONS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA AND DISCLOSING TO THIRD PARTIES
    • The Site keeps personal data in accordance with the Rules of particular Services.
    • The User’s personal data is kept privately, except the cases, when the User provides publicly available information. When using some services of the Site, the User accepts that a certain part of his information becomes publicly available.
    • The Site has the right to disclose personal information in the following cases:
  • The User expressed his consent to such actions;
  • Disclosure or data transmission is needed for implementation of a certain contract with the User;
  • Disclosure or data transmission are set out under the current legislation.

    • In case of selling the Site, the purchaser is responsible for implementation of Privacy Policy.
    • The Site has the right to transfer information about the User’s experience on the Site to advertising and analytic companies in order to provide advertising and data analysis via the Site services. Some advertising companies may have access to the User’s personal data upon his consent.
    • The Site has the right to transfer personal data when conducting promotions, lotteries, contests.
    • Processing of personal data is carried out without any time limitations in any legal way, in accordance with the Federal Act “About personal data”.
    • In case of loss or disclosing of personal data, the Site Administration notifies the User about it.
    • The Site Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures in order to protect personal data.
    • The Site Administration takes necessary measures to prevent losses or any other negative consequences, caused by loss or disclosing of personal data.
    • The Site Administration warns that transferring information via internet in not completely safe. The Site Administration can’t guarantee complete safety of personal data. The User accepts that he publishes personal information at his own risk.
    • The Site may contain links to other sites. These sites have their own Privacy Policy. The Site Administration is not responsible for that. 
  1. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
  • The User is responsible for:
  •  Providing personal information which is necessary for using the Site;
  •  Updating, complementing published information;
  • The User confirms that he/she is adult and legally competent person. The User confirms that he/she doesn’t need any special permission by third parties, or if necessary, those permission is already received. If the Site Administration finds out that the User is legally incompetent or partially incapable, the User’s profile may be deleted.
  • The Site Administration is responsible for:
  • Using received information only for the purposes, stated in Privacy Policy.
  • Keeping personal data privately, not disclosing personal data without the User’s permission. The Site Administration can’t sell, exchange or publish personal data, except cases provided for Privacy Policy.   
  • Taking necessary measures in order to protect the User’s personal data.
  • Blocking personal information when the User is asking for it or during the inspection period in case of revealing unreliable data or illegal behavior.

  1. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
    • For non-performance or improper performance of obligation, the Parties are responsible according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
    • In case of loss or disclosing private information, the Site Administration is not responsible if:
  • The information has become public before its loss or disclosing;
  • The information had been received from the third party before it was published by the User;
  • The information was disclosed upon the User’s consent.
  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    • Before applying to the Court, it is necessary to make a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute). The receiver of the claim must notify the applicant about the outcome of the claim in 30 days.
    • If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the Court according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
    • Privacy Policy is regulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 
  1. ADDITIONAL TERMS
  • The Site Administration has the right to change this Agreement without the User’s approval.
  • The new version of Privacy Policy comes into effect in 7 days since publishing.
  • If the User doesn’t agree with the changes, he has the right to waive Privacy Policy, notifying the Site Administration by e-mail: art@artdoart.com. In that case the User loses the right to use any services of the Site. If the User continues using the Site, after the changes have come into force, it means that the User approves the new version of Privacy Policy.
  • Any correspondence including questions, complaints and suggestions, should be directed to e-mail: art@artdoart.com.
  • Privacy Policy is the integral part of the User Agreement.
