Logline: The crew of the first research probe to reach a potentially habitable planet discovers that its intelligent life is the planet itself, and their mission to save humanity is part of an ancient and eerie cycle.

The plot: The year 2247. The crew arrives on a mysterious planet, the last hope of a dying humanity. The world is beautiful, but empty: there are no animals, cities, only strange «stone flowers».

They soon discover the eerie truth. Billions of human eyes are hidden under a thin layer of soil, stuck together in giant honeycombs. The whole planet is a living «Collector». He lures civilizations on the verge of destruction to himself, absorbs their minds and memories, and uses biomass for growth. The eyes under the ground are the last trace of dozens of extinct races.

The crew realizes that their mission was a trap. They are not colonists, but the «seed» is the last cargo of human DNA and knowledge for the galactic archive. The ship is damaged, communication with Earth is jammed.

The final is open: accept fate, become a part of the planet, try to destroy it (erasing the memory of civilizations) or escape, carrying this cursed knowledge home. And beneath their feet, billions of eyes are watching their choices. And new faces are already appearing in the stone patterns around.
