Description of the artwork
While exploring forms and colors of Nature, I was attracted by stones, minerals and crystals. The sculpture «Pair» belongs to my art series «Minerals». Original minerals often capable of base pairing and even clustering. They group together due to the common formation conditions. Sometimes they form similar looking groups, but sometimes the neighbor elements look different and contrast. The sculpture is made of steel and wood that enrich each other and make one to get a close look at the structures. The artwork is made in a single original.
