Description of the picture

The presented work is an example of figurative painting with elements of surrealism, made with acrylic on primed canvas. The composition is dominated by the image of a multi-tiered cake decorated with decorative elements such as beads and wedding rings. Around it are placed various objects - glasses, watches, images of animals and a stylized male figure endowed with grotesque features. The coloristic solution is characterized by intensity and contrast, forming an expressive visual environment. The artist deliberately uses the deformation of objects and the combination of the incongruous, creating an irrational space that provokes the viewer to think about the symbolism and ambiguity of the images presented.
