The presence of Raphael, the story of a reflection in a mirror

Description of the picture

This is «The Presence of Raphael». He is working in his studio on another sketch, when he accidentally looks into the mirror. He sees his future self-portrait.
Next to him are his experiments in finding a blue pigment and his silver pencil (I found a photo of this in a museum in Italy).
The mirror reflects the entire studio, the tapestry (a fragment of a real 15th-16th century tapestry), the faraway cupboard, the candlestick, and the staircase to the podium.
I conducted real experiments with the mirror in terms of physics. I derived the size of the flasks from the size of the blueberries.
As a small, even tiny mirror, I used my small kitchen baking tray. Its size matched one dimension of Raphael's real mirror. Then I found a corner where I could see myself exactly as Raphael did. I realized that I could only see everything happening if I were Raphael.
Therefore, he is currently looking into the mirror))))). This is the «Presence of Raphael»
The painting is made of oil on canvas on a wooden stretcher.
