Description of the picture

Winter lived in a hut at the edge of the forest. She salted snowballs in a birch caddy. She was spinning yarn, She was weaving canvas, She was forging icy bridges over the rivers. She used to go hunting, She used to cut silver, She used to put a thin moon in a crystal bucket, She used to make coats for trees, She used to make toboggan rides, And afterwards she used to go to the forest to rest in her hut. The ceiling is icy, the door is creaky, Behind the rough wall the darkness is prickly, When you step over the threshold - Frost is everywhere, And the windows are full of blue-blue steam... Based on a Soviet song from 1956.
