Description of the picture

The work was a finalist in the art competition «In Search of Beauty» held on the website of the New York art gallery «People Paintings». In addition, the painting won the Audience Choice Award at the online exhibition of this competition!

A multi-layered Old Master painting technique using underpainting in the grisaille style. The work is stylised as a Dutch still life in a modern version. The subject for the work is an author's production in my summer workshop. Pumpkins and a bouquet of maple leaves from my garden are used. The painting was created over three months with breaks to dry the layers.
Museum quality painting and only professional art materials in the creation of the painting. The work is covered with a protective layer of varnish.
Style: realism / hyperrealism / photorealism.
All my paintings are created in a single copy. I do not make author's copies, so each of my work is unique. The work is signed. On the back is the size, materials, author's name and year of creation. To each of my work I enclose a certificate of conformity in Russian and English.
