They had been walking up the stairs of the entrance with brightly painted flights for ten minutes. The city itself also looked very festive, but inside the house every wall was covered with drawings and paintings in different techniques and styles. There were also children's drawings and professionally executed compositions. Sometimes they mixed, but still the overall impression was very harmonious.

«I want to introduce you to someone,» Diogenes said, opening the door to the roof.
Holding hands, Tyltyl and Mytil ran up the stairs and froze on the threshold. They had never seen so many stars at once, and behind them nebulae and dust clouds in the form of bright colored ribbons hypnotized by barely noticeably rotating.

Diogenes gave them a little push and, looking up from the sky, they saw that they were not alone on the roof. In the far corner, on the edge, sat a boy with long golden hair that fluttered in the wind. He was telling something to a fluffy red dog sitting next to him.
