Description of the artwork
One of the variants of the cover illustration of the book of memoirs of St. Petersburg Mikhail Lukin. The composition connects two worlds-the Ural mountains and the ice drift on the Neva river with the help of a characteristic surreal motif - a zipper. The symbols of St. Petersburg, the lighthouse and the drawbridge enhance the recognizability of the urban landscape, over which the natural spring landscape triumphantly rises.
