Pencil is one of the most common graphic techniques. To depict the drawing, artists have touse a lead pencil, which has a woodenor metal case with a simple black or colored rod. Pastel pencils, that do not have a rigid case , are also very popular, because they have an advantage of blending colors to produce new shades.
